"To Be or Not LB" represents Japan in this festival. As you know, the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami has left hundreds of thousands of people without homes and family. There is great need as it is still the middle of winter. Please consider helping in whatever way possible. Here are a few ways you can donate.
